Terrible service. The order was delivered in 2.5 hours. The fries are wet, the patty in the burger is like pate. The tacos are horribly spicy

Food took over an hour, when I called the restaurant they told me the driver had been on a separate errand and was about to return to the restaurant, so the food wasn’t even prepared yet. I’m that situation I would expect the restaurant to reach out
